1. About Q Web Hosting

Q Web Hosting ("we", "us", "our") provides web hosting, related infrastructure services, and ancillary digital services. By ordering, accessing, or using any service provided by Q Web Hosting, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to all clients, whether services are ordered online, invoiced manually, or provided under a bespoke arrangement.

 

2. Services Provided

Q Web Hosting may provide, but is not limited to:

  • Shared web hosting
  • Application hosting (including WordPress)
  • Domain-related services (registration, renewal, transfer)
  • Technical support and maintenance
  • Billing and invoicing services

Services may be provided directly by Q Web Hosting or via third-party infrastructure and service providers.

 

3. Domain Registration and Pricing

3.1 Manual Domain Processing

Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are processed manually unless otherwise stated. Availability checks and pricing are confirmed at the time of processing, not at the time of enquiry.

3.2 Dynamic and Variable Pricing

Domain pricing is not fixed and may vary based on:

  • Registry or registrar pricing
  • Domain classification (including premium domains)
  • Exchange rates
  • Registry policy changes

The price invoiced to the client is the final and binding price for that transaction.

3.3 Minimum Charges

Q Web Hosting reserves the right to apply a minimum service charge to domain transactions, regardless of registrar base pricing.

3.4 Renewals

Domain renewal prices may differ from initial registration prices. Renewal invoices will reflect current registrar pricing at the time of renewal. Clients are responsible for maintaining awareness of renewal dates.

Failure to renew a domain on time may result in suspension, redemption fees, or permanent loss of the domain. Q Web Hosting accepts no liability for expired or lost domains due to non-payment.

 

4. Billing, Invoicing, and Payments

4.1 Invoices

Invoices may be generated automatically or manually. Manual invoices are considered valid and enforceable.

4.2 Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid by the stated due date. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.

4.3 Currency

Invoices may be issued in different currencies depending on the service. Currency conversion and payment processor fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Refunds

Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once processed.

Hosting services may be eligible for a discretionary refund at Q Web Hosting’s sole discretion, excluding setup fees and third-party costs.

 

5. Service Suspension and Termination

Q Web Hosting may suspend or restrict services if:

  • An invoice remains unpaid
  • There is suspected abuse or misuse
  • Required information is false or incomplete
  • Legal or regulatory obligations require suspension

Suspension may include disabling public website access while allowing continued account access for file retrieval, unless otherwise required.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining backups of their data
  • Ensuring their content complies with applicable laws
  • Keeping contact and billing details up to date
  • Securing their login credentials

Q Web Hosting does not provide legal review of hosted content.

 

7. Acceptable Use

Clients may not use services for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Malware distribution or phishing
  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Copyright infringement
  • Activities that threaten network stability

Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Q Web Hosting is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business
  • Registrar or third-party provider failures
  • Service interruptions beyond reasonable control

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service during the preceding billing period.

 

9. Changes to Terms

Q Web Hosting reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
