Domain prices vary depending on availability, registry pricing, and classification (including premium domains). Prices shown are estimates and may change before registration. We reserve the right to invoice manually for domain services.

4. Renewals

Domain and hosting renewals are the client’s responsibility. Renewal prices may increase. Failure to renew on time may result in loss of the domain or service suspension.

5. Payment and Billing

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services. We reserve the right to issue manual invoices.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend services for non-payment, abuse, or breach of these terms. Suspended accounts may have public access disabled while retaining file access for a limited time.

7. Acceptable Use

Clients must not use our services for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Q Web Hosting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business.

We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party providers including registrars, DNS providers, or email services.
